Background
Linzy is a doctoral student in Clinical Psychology at Saybrook University with a strong focus on trauma, neurodiversity, and psychological assessment.
Her approach to therapy is compassionate, client-centered, and deeply informed by both her professional training and lived experience. In addition to her clinical work, Linzy holds certifications in couples therapy, sex therapy, and play-based interventions, allowing her to support individuals and families across all stages of life.
She is especially passionate about working with neurodivergent clients and their families — a passion shaped by her own journey navigating the autism assessment process as a parent.
Linzy provides therapy and comprehensive psychological assessments for children, adolescents, and adults, creating a space where clients feel safe, empowered, and genuinely understood.
