Anger Management

Everyone experiences anger. It’s a normal emotion—but when it starts to hurt your relationships, your work, or your sense of peace, it might be time to take a closer look.

Our anger management support is for people who:

  • Feel like their reactions are “too much” but don’t know how to change

  • Struggle with irritability, yelling, or shutting down

  • Have been told they have “an anger problem”

  • Feel ashamed after outbursts or arguments

  • Want to break generational cycles of explosive reactions

  • Crave more peace in their home, work, and inner life

You’re not a bad person for feeling angry. But there are better ways to express it—and we’re here to help you get there.

“I used to feel constantly on edge. The smallest things would set me off, and I didn’t recognize myself anymore. I was afraid I’d lose the people I loved. Going to therapy changed everything. She didn't judge me and helped me understand what was underneath the anger. I feel more in control now, and for the first time in a long time, I feel hopeful."
