Grief & Loss Counceling

Grief is one of life’s most personal and difficult experiences. Whether you are mourning the loss of a loved one, going through a major life change, or carrying a heavy heart from a painful event, you do not have to face it alone. Here you will find a compassionate and safe space where your feelings are honored and your story is heard. Healing does not mean forgetting but learning how to live with loss while finding hope and peace again.

Grief counseling is here to support you if you are:

  • Coping with the death of a family member, friend, or pet

  • Struggling with the end of a relationship or divorce

  • Facing a major life transition such as loss of a job or moving

  • Feeling overwhelmed by sadness, anger, confusion, or numbness

  • Needing a caring and understanding space to process your emotions

No matter what you are grieving, we are here to walk alongside you on your healing journey at your own pace.

“I didn’t think I could get through the pain of losing my mom, but the support I received here made all the difference. My therapist really listened and helped me find healthy ways to cope. I felt safe to express everything I was feeling without judgment. It’s been a healing process, and I’m grateful I didn’t have to face it alone."
