She is known for creating a warm, nonjudgmental environment where clients can explore their experiences at their own pace. Her goal is to help clients feel more connected to themselves, gain confidence in their relationships, and move forward with greater clarity and peace.

Rachel specializes in trauma-informed therapy and utilizes EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help clients process painful experiences, heal negative beliefs, and create lasting change. When working with couples, she incorporates Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to strengthen connection and foster healthier, more authentic relationships. At the heart of her work is a commitment to walking alongside clients with empathy and care as they build a life that feels more grounded, meaningful, and fulfilling.
